Working with documents starts with understanding the current situation: which documents are in progress, how many have already been sent, and what requires attention right now. To make this easier, the Docs Telecom account now includes a new home screen that brings together the key information needed for daily work.
What’s available on the home page
At the top of the page, you can now see statistics for incoming and outgoing documents grouped by status: documents that require action, documents waiting for signature, completed, and rejected documents. The time range can be switched between a week, a month, or all time.
Below is a workspace for documents with quick actions. From here you can send a document, create an invoice, generate a completion certificate, or check a signed document.
The home page also displays information about your current plan.
